SPA POLICY

Reservations: A credit card is required when scheduling services. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Payments: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Checks and Cash. We do NOT accept Discover

Gratuity is only accepted in cash.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or make any changes, you have to notify us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. Failure to do will result in a 50% charge.

Gift Cards/Certificates: Valid for one year from date of purchase. They are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. No exceptions can be made.

Sanitation: Above all, we maintain a healthy and clean environment. We use state of the art sterilization techniques. We reserve the right to refuse any service to any client that we feel may harm the health of others.

Returns: Please choose your purchases carefully. Skincare products and cosmetics are not refundable.
